Kelmar Launch the KSS Call Player

Kelmar are launching the KSS Call player in conjunction with an integrated call recording system. The complete system is designed to connect directly to the incoming ISDN lines and records all calls continuously. Where the KSS player wins though is in its ability to match these calls to the associated extensions using a unique call matching system.

Fast Searching:

Once recorded you need to be able to search accurately for calls based on date and time, extension, cli etc and then quickly identify the parts of an individual call that you want to use.The new KSS advanced call player does just that.

Dual waveform display,Notes and Soundclips measn the KSS system is more intuitive to use

The first thing to notice is a dual wave form display which tracks both parties to the call separately. What’s more, a variable speed control enables faster searching - invaluable for longer calls. Notes can be added to identify each clip. Notes attached to calls can also be used for subsequent key word searches, which really speeds things up. Once you have identified your areas of interest then simply select and create a soundclip for later reference.

Encrypted storage but fast export as well

The latest version of KSS Call Recorder complies with current requirements to hold recorded calls in a securely encrypted format, which is supported by a full audit trail revealing which calls have been accessed, when and by whom. To meet customer demands we have also built in an export manager which can bulk export all your selected calls and soundclips to WMA or WAV file formats
